Training: be on time and wait. There is no actual training plan / performance grading structure for you. Everyone is mainly focused on Them, including "trainers". The sales hustle environment is somewhat good, besides the lack of professionalism at times. This is a swim or drown job; you'll be 100% responsible for your sales numbers, period (no matter how training goes). Things To Know: If you are going to apply here; #1 there is NO job security here (you can/will be fired at any point with NO explanation) The most enjoyable part was the unlimited amount of coffee, some co-workers are willing to help you when availability permits (they're working as well). Smells pleasant (depending your allergies, this can mess with you).

It’s all up to you.

A lot of juggling and lying to customers. Shipments never go out on time. You become the customer service, tech support and sales consultant. Extremely poor communication between management and staff on product availability. They only care about you hitting the monthly sales quota, not the customer experience.

Growing company room for advancement

I have been at Aroma360 for 7 months. In that time I have seen the company scale up a lot. All of the areas of the company have grown. As with most growth there are growing pains. It can feel like things change everyday. Most of the changes are for the better. The managers are very engaged and active and the teams work well together. Please understand this an In Office company.The hardest part of the office environment is the noise level. The layout is open and the sound level can be a bit much at times.

Productive and fun

I love the environment I work in. It started from my interview and to actually working in production and having my peers be so nice and helpful. It’s super chill and laid back but just do your job and the day goes by so smooth. You won’t ever feel like an outcast when you have a full staff that’s helpful and always smiling… not to mention the whole place smells amazing and the showroom is beautiful …
