Interviewed with multiple people for an internship. Scheduling was a nightmare. Job description did not match what the hiring manager said the job actually was. Followed up multiple times and never heard back. Not even a, "No." To me that's a sign of a bad hiring process.
If you were in charge, what would you do to make Arrow Electronics a better place to work?
It is hard to make finance a "fun" field at times. Finding ways to allow more time for the employees to bond and get to kkow each other would help. What used to feel like family is more - how do we fit together as moving parts.
Be honest. Focus in what you know and can do and how you learn. Know where you want to go - how do you want to grow wihh and in the company.
It is a Global company and industry and a constantly growing company. Goals and matrixes are a key focus and the focus on goals sometimes seems or feels to overshadow the people during high stress time frames.
