Productive and rewarding atmosphere.

On day one I felt part of an amazing team. I could instantly feel that welcoming vibe, and true appreciation for being accepted as part of a well organized department that cares for patients as well as the orthodontic employees. It is truly refreshing to find something that I want to retire from.

Fast paced work environment great for problem solvers. Co-workers and management take the time to get to know what your job is as well as theirs so you always have support when you need it. Flexible lunch times make it easy to get to needed appointments, and admin days make it easy to get ahead on work.

A great place to work

I have been employed here for just over a year now and have been incredibly happy with the team I work with, the doctors, the management and the overall work/life balance. We also have a great benefits package which blows that given by other jobs out of the water. Proud to be an Arrowhead Orthodontics employee.

Finally found a company I can retire from

Multiple offices, variety, and a fast paced workplace means quick days. Co-workers are welcoming and helpful. Great benefits and an office where you can work your 8-5 and go home to your family-leaving work at work.

Staff is great, management is horrible. Severe micromanaging in a daily basis. Management needs to have control over every move that staff makes.

The front office and clinical staff at Arrowhead Orthodontics are very hard working and friendly. Management is awful. Prepare to be micromanaged to the extreme. Staff has no voice - and management is very unprofessional and does not care about daily issues - which are many (technology issues, being understaffed and disorganized to name a few). Unrealistic work expectations regardless of being understaffed and over scheduled. Patients are regularly waiting well beyond their appointment times. Be prepared to do your job X2. Don’t waste your time!
