Inside Project Manager (Current Employee) – Newton, MA – November 18, 2015
The emergency restoration business always keeps you on your toes and helps you to always look outside of the box. Attention to detail and strong communication skills are a requirement to be successful. The most enjoyable part of the job is helping and assisting people who are in disastrous and stressful situations. The job position can be very stressful when the company is understaffed due to the high stress levels of the industry when it is very busy.
Knowledge of insurance claims, close relationship with co-workers, helping those in need.
Understaffed, stressful industry, no ability for growth within the company
Employee Benefits Specialist (Former Employee) – Newton, MA – March 4, 2019
Management team is very immature, smart but very inexperienced. Doesn't take the time to listen to experienced employees, they do not believe their is any other possible way to achieve a business goal but their way. They surround themselves with "Yes" men/woman and blindly push forward.
Not a place I would recommend to family or friends.
Excellent corporate culture, fun atmosphere, great networking experience
Business Development Manager (Former Employee) – Boston, MA – May 28, 2015
100% Outside sales prospecting different markets (insurance companies, property management, large institutions) to utilize ARS restoration services. Learned how to sell to all client levels and markets. Multitask and has pushed me out of my comfort zone to network and set meetings from those events. Co-workers are very supportive and great to be around. Hardest part of the job is time management and sacrificing own personal plans to accommodate client entertaining after work week hours and weekends. Most enjoyable is meeting new clients and building B2B relationships that will last forever. Learning the restoration industry itself.
Great Networking Experience, Great Management, Company Card for expenses
Schedule consisted of many networking events on weekends and nights.
