Don't do it. Just don't...
Manager (Former Employee) – Massachusetts – February 3, 2019
I was a manager for ARS for a few years. The pay is subpar. There is no room for advancement. Upper management/Ownership does not appreciate anything you do for them. I saw employees running over $2mm of work each year being told by the operations manager and owner that they could handle more. Again, nothing was appreciated. Work hard and produce only to have them not even say thank you, but if you make one mistake or handle something they feel was incorrectly done you get literally yelled at. Not very professional at all. A ton of turnover, poor culture (mission statement has "cash flow, cash flow, cash flow"at the top of the list!), constant fear, and micromanagement top the list of reasons to stay away.
micromanagement, underappreciation, low pay, poor working conditions
