Find somewhere else to work! They pressure you on selling new systems & pressure you on maintenance calls to sell upgrades. Just about every call I went on the customers were complaining on something always needing to be replaced. I couldn't take advantage of customers. There are much better places to work

If your going to get into sales. Get ready to be given the lousy leads. Ie one leggers, renters or People who want to haggle your over priced products.
These type of Leads that the sales manager will not give to there top guys. It is a game of roulette hoping you will get a proper lead to sell a customer a unit that they charge twice the price for. You will be on call from 9am till 8pm waiting for a lead. You will have one day off.
Upper management only care about screwing the customer and squeezing the most money out of them.
They will mess up your pay many times.
Do not work for this company.
The lead generation team that walks the Home Depot stores get shafted as well. They don’t get paid for all there leads so please stay away from this company that does not and will not ever care about anyone. All they care about is the $$$$$$
This will be there down fall when they loose the Home Depot contract.
No matter what you do it will never be enough
They make the job very stressful.
