I work in the wearhouse staging I hate it. If you get something wrong or don't read the board right your yelled at. You have your days rescheduled you have off and as I'm typing this a guy is heated and yelling I can't wait tell my 3 months is up so I can leave in June or July it my first real job I can't work here forever

Not much over minimum wage for many positions. You won't even get a 25 cent raise once a year, so don't plan on your pay changing too much over the years.

More appreciation for hourly associates, as the company has MANY! For starters, raises would be based on INDIVIDUAL work performance and would be more than a pitiful 18 cents or less. Sales and salary people have incentives, hourly people aren't given much of a reason to stay with the company!
