Leasing in Virginia

The company over all is fine. Mediocre pay abs bonus structure. Hours are standard. If you already know someone at Artcraft then definitely go right ahead and apply. You’ll love it.Artcraft adores any employees that can benefit from nepotism. They don’t have to follow any rules, get to basically make their own schedule without any push back. And if they’re really close with upper management they’ll even get to start receiving bonuses early!Overall it’s a company that tries to sell itself as employee friendly. The work itself is pretty easy overall. If you get hired without knowing any one there, expect to be spoken to as if you’re less than everyone else there.

Upper Management is horrible and doesn’t care about the residents or their staff. One of their current properties has had sewer backup in units for months and will not do anything about it. They give people mental issues and stress them out to the point their hair is falling out. Low pay for leases and renewals. You can’t ask for days off without getting water boarded. They are very cheap and it’s not worth the headache trust me!

They are very unsupportive. You work hard it does not pay off. They don’t care about work life balance. Constantly on call for management and ownership. Just not good for your mental health because of the stress. Very high stress environment. All previous reviews that are negative are very true.

Great pay, works you hard. Forgets bonuses. Financially stingy with money. Properties are a lot of work. You can find better, employees are unhappy and overworked
