AMI, also known as Ave Maria Plant is the worse location to work at. I started at Fort Myers and moved to AVE (family related desicion...) bad move. This location works like mafia, this is who you know and how can you show backstabbing skills which are required to survive. The final pack Director is the worse and unethical leader you could work for, perhaps imagine. There is a long list of employee complaints that are kept hidden due to fears or retaliation.
Located at FL, few coworkers, products portfolio, pto

Packaging Technician I (Former Employee) – Ave Maria, Florida – April 19, 2019
Work day after 1 hour drive from Lehigh Acres, start at 4pm and got off at 2am. Worked everyday as scheduled and every 3 weeks you have 5 days off straight. I did not work Sundays. The work perform was inspecting small surgical instruments and very hard to move within Company since so many people were trying to get out of clean room.
Free lunches and onsite clinic, reimbulsed for glasses
Long drive, long hours, low pay, no room for advancement
