Interview process was simple and easy. If there are several candidates, you'll do an initial group interview and then move on to an individual interview with the branch that is interested in hiring you.

Mine was with two managers who worked in the same department.... More of scenario type questions, how you handle certain situations... Also why we should hire you, what stands out with you other than others we may interview, that sort of thing...
Usually in a group so prepare yourself.

My interview process was one-on-one with a member of HR, however, I have heard from other tellers that Arvest does like to do group interviews which I have never been much of a fan of. My experience, however, was very positive.

Lengthy, but thorough. I had three interviews, and though the process took almost a month, I was glad to know that they take the hiring process so seriously.
