Deductions Coordinator, Trade Analyst (Former Employee) – San Leandro, CA – October 13, 2018
2018 took a toll on the company. Things were changing, layoffs were had, business partnerships separated, boundaries were stepped, and thus employee morale sank. Sure, people make mistakes and lessons were learned, and that is acceptable. However, when directors, chief officers, and managers start to leave to 'find better opportunities' due to those mistakes and the lower tiered employees have to clean up the mess, trust and guidance of the company start to waiver.

There are a lot of weekends that need to be worked. Expect to work 6 to 7 days a week most of the year and during the busy season. If you are not comfortable working weekends, then this place is not for you. The job tasks are simple and straight forward.
Packer (Current Employee) – West Columbia, SC – September 22, 2018
From Bakery director on down is AWFUL. They need to get rid of management and start over. These people don’t care about you here. They only care about themselves and not you. We were getting subway monthly and it stopped. Don’t waste your time. Getting paid little and have to come in to work and deal with a bunch of self centered people.
A very fast paced job if your cardio isn’t up to par it’s not the job for you
Janitor/Maintenance (Former Employee) – Romeoville, IL – September 18, 2018

Operations Manager (Current Employee) – Cicero, IL – September 11, 2018
Aryzta is a multi-billion dollar company with plentiful resourses to leverage. The critical success factors will well established and were common knowledge even amongst the hourly employees. As a result, the mission was clear. That said, it lost some of the human touch that is critical to the success of any organization.
