I was contacted by recruiter after applying on line . The recruiter was a great first line of contact and I could start asking questions to her ! Overall my experience was easy

Answered

I loved my experience first time working at Asante. I used to tell people that it renewed my faith in the way we practice medicine.
Well that is until I moved my life here for a permanent position in which I experienced the exact opposite. My emails for help went unanswered for over a week and I experienced bullying and shame and favoritism. I was terminated despite all the efforts I made to better myself and the manager put on my permanent record someone else's opinion of me. This was such a humiliating experience. The nurses eat their young everywhere you go whether you are new nurse or not, Asante is no exception.
New grad or seasoned nurse if you are new to the unit and someone doesn't like you it doesn't matter how hard you try to improve you will not succeed there. Don't listen to what the recruiters sell you. This is no better than any other nursing culture.
