All of the other acusations are accurate. They cannot retain employees due to constant pay plan changes meaning as soon as you become a top producing employee, they change the pay plan so you make less working harder and it results in going somewhere else where you are appreciated. Turnover, turnover, turnover.

The dealership is not very well run. To many hours. Poor pay. Gen manager is not very good. The sad thing he has been there to long.
