Please give store leaders tools and training on how to unify a team. Just because someone has a good personality and understands the business end of things doesn't mean he/she is ready to lead a team. Be sure they are properly trained on how to approach customers and that they know how to apply the "Power of Three" Principles. Some managers lead by fear and intimidation because they haven't had role models to teach them differently. Also, the District Managers would get a more realistic idea of how the stores are run if they dropped in unannounced instead of scheduling visits.
