Since my previous company, The Cardiology Group, was bought out by Ascension, no hiring process was involved. The staff was part of the buy out.

Basic questions over the phone. Only lasted about 15min. Then I was told that my stats would be sent to the hiring manager of the department I was applying for at St. John and that I would either get a phone call or a detailed email explaining why I wasn't even going to be hired. I just did the phone interview today, so hopefully I get a call and not an email. Hope this helps ease someone else's mind in the same situation.
First interview was over the phone. Second interview is with a group of 4 to 5 managers.

When I was hired the company was changing the hiring process so I don't have any positive feedback at the current time.

Phone interview was good; in person interview was good except for the fact that they fail to tell you it is a call center environment
