High nurse to patient ratios, patient acuity was not a factor in patient assignments, watching patient care suffer at the hands of a corporation that overworked and overwhelmed their staff, it was obvious Borgess didn’t care about my license or their patients.

A lot of work, being on call, no work life balance, team leads and managers don't care about employees, serious lack of training, lack of communication, people rather message and email you rather than walking 5 ft to your desk and speak to you in person, company loves to hire externally, and good luck trying to move to another position within the company.
