It is an amazing compassionate environment. Coworkers are always willing to lend a hand, and every place you walk you will see a smiling face.
Culture is very fun and relaxed

Mismanaged, disorganized, lost in the 20th century organization. They came in to a wonderful hospital and destroyed everything Christian about the organization. Total disregard for labor laws, very underhanded and behind closed doors structure. Beware! Don't plan on a long career with this unscrupulous group.
Management in office does not take a proactive approach to nursing staff shortage, gossips throughout the day in office, does not assist with getting additional pay for extensive visits and travel to/from patients home.

I enjoyed working for Ascension. It is a very caring organization, not only to the employees but also within the community. Management was always supportive.

Tense, terrible to zero communication. Email. Email. Email. Tied to the computer & conference calls daily. Reports to micro manage daily. Business model: cut positions/hours/manpower to profit. Corporate contracts force 3rd party national staffing agency use at local levels.
Terrible, everyone looks miserable, like they hate being there. The moral is very low.

Very clicky, enjoy emailing because there is a serious lack of in person communication
Hostile, the scheduler is awful! Fire code is how they staff.
