This would depend on our scheduling needs at the time of your interview. Most second shift positions begin before 5pm as our highest call volume occurs between 4p-7p, but you would be able to confirm what hours we are hiring with our Hiring Supervisor. We allow you to customize your schedule to a certain extent.

Be sure to test out your typing speed. We do require job candidates to take several tests during their interview including a typing test. You must be able to type faster than 35WPM to be considered for employment.

It depends on the time you apply. Training classes are held every month, I believe. They last four weeks.

To be hired, you must call their employment hotline and leave a message explaining why you'd be a good fit for the job and sharing a bit about yourself.

If you seem like a good candidate, you will get a call back within the month (again, it depends when you apply). This call is like a phone interview.

From this point, an interview will be scheduled on site. You will take a typing test along with a few other required tests on a computer.

As long as you pass this test, you should be hired and able to meet with someone immediately after to discuss your training and set the schedule you'd like once training is over.
