Sick days are available when needed. The position is an extention of the company. You are working the same as being self employeed.

You get what any other places give. If you work at the production facility they will cut you off 2hrs pay per holiday but you have to have 10hrs to take a sick day. They also have long closures with no pay. So they will ask you save your sick time for those dates so that you can claim those weeks in unemployment (sometimes its 2-3 weeks) I believe its around 5hrs a month of PTO you get including sick days.
The Policy doesn't say anything about having sick hours, if you call off more than 3 times in a month or get late more than 4 times or combinations of both you will probably get fired with no warning.
