Make sure that all the employees have all the tools in order to succeed at their job. Also listen to the employees, they will tell you what is wrong to make it better.
Although they schedule everyone to work 45 hours, they will not pay you for overtime! They adjust your hours to 39 and will not pay you for the other hours worked. When you take your lunch break, management will come to the breakroom and harass you for taking your break when there is an overflow. An overflow sounds nice but not when the turnover rate is high. I almost choke every time a customer would ask for the price of a dresser that’s $999.99!

Hire general managers who care about the employees they manage and ones that do not tell lies about their employees and spread rumors.

To talk to their. People. And encourage their possible. Opertunitys to move up and benefits. They could have and how you value their work

It took about a week. After the background checks and drug test it was right at a week when I finally went to work.
