Because 99% of the angry calls we at the front desk received were because of the warehouse and NO ONE higher-up would acknowledge it. They wouldn't call a customer to tell them their furniture was out of stock or that their delivery date was changed, so the customer would call the store upset; they would wait for hours for a delivery that never came. They would accuse their sales associate of lying to them and then they would cancel their whole order, impacting the sales associate who had no idea what happened. That or the warehouse would deliver broken furniture, tell the customer a tech would fix it, and then never schedule a tech service! The customer would call the front desk of the showroom angry, and we'd have no idea what was going on. No one would acknowledge it and nothing would come of our meetings with HR. Corporate rewarded sales associates that would steal customers that belonged to other sales associates, and be underhanded just to make a sale. Then if you didn't make goal as a sales associate, they'd just fire you. I just got sick and tired of taking abuse for things that were happening 242 miles away!

The worse place to work for! The owners and people they hire at corporate are heartless! They steal your money! They will fire you for no reason at all! They don’t do background checks! They will hire anybody! They go through managers like crazy! Constant revolving door! They let go to the good employees when they start questioning where their money is! Do not work here! Google Han Nara and see how many times they’ve been sued for non payment and they lose every time! Fixing to have another one to add to their losses! Thieves! They jack their prices up higher than any other Ashley franchise and treat customers horribly! Karma Mrs. Choi! Karma! San Angelo, Tx

Awful management. I was bored out of my mind most days and then to see that my manager just vanished from the floor when ever she wanted was disheartening.

Because it was the worst job I ever had. I actually had to cut the 8.5 x 14 paper down to 8.5 x 11, because the owner wouldn't buy it. Opps manager cleaned out her purse randomly in front of customers.!!

I was forced by my boss, who would sit in her office not doing her duties in her title, to do everything and hold the whole burden of the store on myself.
She was very unfair to me and my coworkers.
