Although they schedule everyone to work 45 hours, they will not pay you for overtime! They adjust your hours to 39 and will not pay you for the other hours worked. When you take your lunch break, management will come to the breakroom and harass you for taking your break when there is an overflow. An overflow sounds nice but not when the turnover rate is high.
