If you are a non-sales employee for the FDE Metro NY/NJ franchise, you get maybe $11 an hour with a false promise for an increase that never comes.

You got paid by how many pieces your line put out per hr.. You are force to work at 120%, which is a ridiculous pace just to make $14hr. We were running around like chickens with our heads cut off for 10hrs. a day. We worked 50-60 hrs a week only to bring home $500-$600 a week..At times it feels like they just pay us whatever they feel like paying us for the week..
