No respect for their employees. Take you off the schedule and don’t ever call you or tell you why. Just let you go. Very unprofessional. Management needs A LOT of help. No advancements, no benifits, nothing really in it for you working there other than long hours, of your lucky to get them, of sweat and tears with nothing that comes back. Even after six months personally coming from me.

Overall, a day at AB, depending on whether or not you're cross-trained, can be a balance between taking orders, sending out orders, or even down to making the orders. A majority of people at AB are very friendly and easy to work with, and the job itself is not entirely back breaking - however, like any job, you have to work hard and understand that a job is a responsibility and privilege, rather than an easy ride.

The job provides a good opportunity to develop multitasking and endurance in a fast-paced environment. The brand itself likes to cater to their customers and resolve any issues they might have.

Management is terrible. Treated employees like garbage and showed little to no respect to workers. More of a dictatorship than any kind of “family” or anything else they claim to be. Worst job i have ever had.

Lack of management professionalism

The location in Irvine is being managed by a lady who has never managed a restaurant before, she is the lady in charge of payroll sitting in as temporary manager. Everything that was promised to me for the job never happened. She treats employees unfairly and is quick to become angry, often yelling at employees unreasonably. Do not recommend working here.

C.E.O. lacked professionalism but the staff and other management worked hard for you. The culture within the four walls can be achieved but its truely up to you and what you cultivate, don't expect help to create that culture for your restaurant from the outside.

The pay is really great here! The upper management expects A LOT from employees and demand perfection. There are lots of opportunities to get rewards, bonuses, and raises, but the follow through on these aren't so great.
