Overall a good company but assistants are overworked and overwhelmed by the constant add one to the schedule. That results in missed lunch breaks and longer work shifts.

As one of my friends put working here, it’s the Applebee’s of dentistry. You are worked like a dog here, you as a dental assistant get todo every one dirty work and barely get time to yourself. I can’t think of one time where i was happy working at this place. Such a toxic environment.

Hours are trash, mentorship isn’t a thing (upper management lies about it to get you in), constant stress, they don’t care about the patients or their employees, just production.

You can be the best, but if you don’t look like a specific type of person or if you try to communicate or ask questions, you will have retaliation. Not everyone. Only certain people.

This was the worst place I’ve ever worked in my entire life. Upper management was terrible and treated everyone very poorly and as if they’re all disposable. This company does not care about their employees.

What are you long term goals? elaborate on your management experience? How did you meet sales goals? How many people did you manage and how did you motivate them? This was the phone interview. Was told that I would receive a call for another interview in the next three days or so because hiring manager was out of town.
