Appreciate your DAs more than to send a lunchbox once a year to tell us how much you “appreciate” us. Doctors, hygienists, and PMs all go on retreats. DAs get cheap gifts.

I would make sure everyone was up to date on Policies and are following them. The complaints would be heard and looked at. I would also address how to fix and improve how the staff and office could be more efficient, productive and provide better service. There should be a no games or social apps on your cell phones at your desk. Coverage for lunch would be more scheduled so the patients are well taken care of. I would put out a feed back box so anyone could write about areas that need improvement or comments about what was really great.

It was terrible. Management was a mess, people were always calling out, doctors were always late. You never knew what you were walking into.

Because it only a foot in the door, management does not care about the turnover.
