Great medical primary and UC services. Positive family atmosphere. Flexible schedule with 2 locations where one can work. Not neg but once has to commute to Espanola at times.

Great company, constant change in management at the time

The company started off great when first started. However it was going through an organization restructure and so many people and positions were add, and replaced. HR director was a micromanager and was very knit picky about the littles things.

Hour Breaks, Remote, great company culture

Micromanagers, no overtime even when you couldn't finish task

Educational!

As a new graduate nurse, I learned so much. The veteran nurses were wonderful and good at what they do. I enjoyed being part of the team. I enjoyed assisting the patients. I learned from them too.

This line of work attracts people who are genuinely passionate about helping others – This isn’t an industry you go into for the paycheck. But that’s alright, because none of us mind. We’re here because we want to be and because we care.

Wonderful teamwork

Aspen Medical Center is an amazing place to work. Wonderful teamwork, from senior management, all the way down. They genuinely take into consideration any concerns one may have. Very positive work environment.

Family-like environment

Great family-like environment. Good pay and benefits. You’re treated with respect regardless of your position. Annual reviews are performed like clock-work, and you can always expect to get honest, insightful feedback about your performance.

It’s a great place to work

I loved working there, if I could go back I would! The staff was great, I stayed busy but team work went along ways, and we always put the patients first!

I’ll always be glad I worked here first

I worked for the company for several years and I’ll always be glad that I did. Working here completely changed my perception of the world and taught me a lot about not only who I am, but who I want to be. I left Aspen because I’m furthering my education in healthcare atm and am looking to use my knowledge and experience to volunteer in more disadvantaged areas of the world, but I strongly recommend it to anyone who wants their life to have meaning and purpose for others.

Very respectful and professional work environment

I feel respected, heard, and valued every single day. The leadership at Aspen Medical care more about doing right by employees than saving face or acting tough, which is a lot more than I can say for the managers at other clinics I’ve worked at.

Excellent work environment, management, and coworkers

Every workday in the Aspen Medical Records Department was a new day, a new challenge, a continual learning experience with excellent co-workers. I learned the proper format required for a complete medical record and the responsibilities of the physicians to complete the record to be in compliance with the facility and law. The hardest part of the job was leaving at the end o f the day. I loved the work that much, as well as the Aspen organization. I would return to work for Aspen in a heartbeat.

I learned a lot!

I wasn’t with the company very long, but I learned more during my time here than I did in all the years I spent in medical school combined. Everyone I worked with was intelligent and highly skilled. If you’re observant, willing to ask questions, and get to know everyone you work with, then you won’t find a better first work experience anywhere.

Amazing place for employment

Aspen is a good place for employment. The environment is friendly and everyone is willing to answer questions or help you out. I was even a patient in my unit once and received excellent care!

Amazing company with an amazing mission

I commend the company and everyone who’s still working here for all the good they do. It’s companies like these that make the world a better place and I feel proud to have worked here for as long as I did.

Productive, positive environment

Positive and conducive work environment. It’s always a team effort. I like the sense of autonomy and not being micromanaged. The workflow is manageable and not stressful.

The kind of place you stay long-term

When I was first hired, I was shocked by how many employees have been working at Aspen since the beginning. But after being with the company for a few years, I can completely see why. It’s a supportive, progressive environment that actually cares about its employees and always puts the patients’ needs first.

Good pay + benefits

The pay is great, and the benefits packages are extensive. Management puts on several fun, company-wide events each year, and everyone on the team feels more like a family than just coworkers.

Humbling and Rewarding Experience

It goes without saying that working in healthcare is always a rewarding experience, but especially this past year. With everything that’s happened, it’s shown just how incredibly important every single clinic and hospital is throughout the country. It’s been a humbling experience.

Interesting place

Upper management stopped growth, no business plan for the USA, worried more about Australia than Texas, didn't listen to lower management for growth and business plan.

exceptional team friendly work environment

Each day brings new challenges as each day goes this is a friendly environment with a great team put together. the most enjoyable part of my job is too see satisfied patients with the service and care we provide.
