Marketing Agent (Former Employee) – Lakewood, CO – March 18, 2013
I enjoyed working for this company, a typical day was spent in a working mostly efficient envioronment but still fun and as relaxing as a call center could be. Ten hours a day on the phones can get redundant and frustrating but the management and my co workers made it fun and worth the effort. It didn't really work well for balancing my life and personal things that I like to include in my life such as Church and ministry activities due to the hours that we were required to work, but management worked with me reasonalbly on these things for special occassions and so I continued to make the effort to give them the best I could as I felt they were doing the same the same for me Hardest part of the job was dealing with peoples attitudes both over the phone and in some of the people that came and went in the duration of my time there. Just all part of the atmosphere of a call center. The most enjoyable part besides good commision structure had to be the team work and interaction with not only co workers on my same level or close to of seniority but with management as well.
laid back envioronment, good reasonable management
long hours difficult to balance personal and work commitments
Director of Operations (Current Employee) – Denver, CO – December 18, 2017
The opportunity for growth is what I consider the best part of working for Aspen Roofing. As i have personally know the owner for several years it is great to be able to help build this thriving business.
Account Manager/ Sales (Former Employee) – Lakewood, CO – October 18, 2016
Do not apply for this JOB!! This is the worst position I worked in my career. The management is one of the most unprofessional group of lads I have seen. I had multiple commission issues and a very bad break up at the end which included wages I have not yet to this day revived.
I didn't know much about roofs until I worked there, I learned new things every day. My boss was in the Colorado branch so I had to teach my self how to do everything. I was getting trained by the sales guys too. I loved that job, wish it was still open!
