Great teachers who work very hard. Aspen is a wonderful community. Housing is a big issue. Administrators are disconnected from their staff and need to communicate more frequently with them in order to make positive changes.

Always something happening.What is the most stressful part about working at the company?It is too hard to recruit workers.What is the work environment and culture like at the company?I wish it was more relaxed. But is was very stressful for me.What is a typical day like for you at the company?9-10 hour workdays m-f were common.

Working in education is always fulfilling except regarding salary....

Our school has struggled with culture and leadership at the district level. This makes it difficult to accept the lower salary when you feel you are not being valued.

wonderful community

worked for special education department director and providers. school environment, wonderful co-workers great benefits work only during school hours no over time every school holiday you are off, spring break, winter break, Thanksgiving week, etc.

pleasant people, lots of holiday and breaks off work, health care coverage

fun working enviroment and frindly place to work

typical day would be cleaning the schools help with sidewalks to some outside work and help the workers inside, and maintaining it making sure everything broken was fixed management was good were there and helped get everything finished coworkers were great always helping out hardest part would be cleaning the whole school at times best parts would be having lunch with coworkers and everyone was friendly.
