A job but that is about it.

Aspirar Pharmacy does not offer any benefits and pays hourly. There are no advancement opportunities and the on-the-job training is lacking. It is a small operation fighting for survival so you can expect high demands and expectations with little in the way of reward. Because of all of these things turnover is very high. No sick days, no paid vacation, and no paternity leave. If you do apply and get a job here just make sure to keep your resume around and updated.
