Salary below average for this position and made it difficult to support yourself. The management also was poor and I felt like I wasn't supported.

I think they need to revamp the whole system. It sounds as if it could be a great company. I think they are not hiring quality staff and it shows in the reviews. If a supervisor tells me that they just hired someone and they literally just didn't show up ever again, after working just a few days. There are problems. This was not a one time situation. People are unhappy. The CEO needs to know why!
