Health Care Provider (Former Employee) –  Boise, IDMay 11, 2019
Know what your getting into make sure the clients are right fit for your experience. They train you for two weeks then your on your own. They try to fit a client to your experience sometimes it works other times it don't.

Horrible! Wpuld never recommend
Concierge (Former Employee) –  HomeMarch 30, 2019
On more than one occassion they paid me late ! I worked approx 50 hours a week as they are always short - its a revolving door ! Huge red flag !
The work itself is not bad however be ready to be ridiculed for any error by the quality department- its nearly impossible to get a bonus they speak of - if you need a stable job this is not the one
There is no work home life balance - and dont think they appreciste you- your overtime - your hard work - your just a number
Pros
Your at home
Cons
There was nothing great

Don't go to work for them unless you are desperate and have money to burn
Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) –  VirtualDecember 10, 2018
The Hiring process with them is just dumb - while they are running a background AND credit check on you, they require you to have a land line installed in your residence which has to be a different company than your internet. They do not pay for the installation of the land line and they do not pay your phone bill once you start.

They also require a Cross Cut Paper Shredder (again, you pay for out of pocket - and you are not reimbursed) also before your background and credit check clears. You will also continue to pay for your own internet as well.

What you are paid for the position you are doing is not good, especially since you are dealing with the Elite Card Holders of American Express.

If you are willing to pay for everything that is required out of pocket and BEFORE your Background and Credit Check clears and be ok with paying for your phone bill and internet with NO Reimbursement from them, good for you. If not, go find a good position elsewhere that actually pays for your phone and internet when you work from home.

They look for puppets, not free people.
Lifestyle Consultant (Current Employee) –  Chelmsford, MAOctober 14, 2018
The company, no matter how much they tell you they want you NOT to be a cookie cutter rep on the phone... its all they actually want. They say that they are all about the employees that work for the company because we make the company, but they could care less about us. We bring to them issues with scheduling, or just inconsistent advice, but they don't seem to care.

Steady Job Overall
Lifestyle Consultant (Current Employee) –  Chelmsford, MA 01824August 31, 2018
Aspire Lifestyles offers substantial compensation as well as proficient benefits like medical, dental, etc. While the mission of the company is good at heart (Extraordinary Every Time), it often takes a massive toll on employees; those who work the front-end are often asked to assist with back-end work and are only compensated if the work load causes them to go past the end of their shift - on top of that, you need to have your Unplanned Over Time approved if it's longer than 5 minutes.

All in all, the job is relatively easy, and you find yourself learning a lot about things you might not think about like world class dining and one of a kind tours. Additionally, you find that you learn more about the things you thought you already knew about like buying tickets for concerts or researching a reliable service.

As with any job, you'll have your good days and your not so good days when you work at Aspire Lifestyles; it's a balancing act for sure, but proper balance comes from assistance on both ends.
Pros
Unique Giveaways (Gift Cards, Concert Tickets, etc.), Good Benefits, Decent Pay
Cons
Long Training Process, The Occasional Unrealistic Expectation, Often Watched Like a Hawk

This PLACE IS UNHINGED !! You will get your bonus taken away due to policies you can't control. No career advancement. They will constantly call and hound you if you are finishing work in ACW. VERY HIGH TURN OVER. You will hate it here even if you work from home.

Concierge (Former Employee) –  Chelmsford, MAJuly 3, 2018
The people there are really nice and the training is very good but it is stressful. Sitting in a chair on the computer wasn't my type to job either but otherwise I would say it was a good experience.

Good Place To Work If You Don't Have A Life
Customer Coordinator (Former Employee) –  Chelmsford, MAJune 29, 2018
Aspire can be a good place to work if you get along with the managers. If a manager has it out for you, you will never survive. They make it nearly impossible to take any paid time off. If you are late more than 3 times in a 6 month period whether it was just a minute you will have a written warning. Next tardy will cause you to get fired so be careful. If you get along with your leaders those can be swept under the table for a long time. If you would like to change positions within the company it takes a lot of hard work and even when you switch there is no guarantee you will be keeping your position if they need you elsewhere. It can be a fun place to work with free food and office parties. If you need to switch a shift make friends with leaders and coworkers who will make it easy for you. The best team to work in the company is the research team. The easiest team is the concierge.

A Place where your soul is sucked out of you
Workflow Coordinator (Former Employee) –  Chelmsford, MAMay 4, 2018
If you like thankless management, hovering supervisors, and feeling dead inside after a day of work this place is for you. First off the interview they are very vague because they work for a client which already should raise a red flag. Pretty much if you walk in you get hired as people are always leaving

You spend 8 weeks in training where the classroom portion is okay, however once training on the floor starts they are uncaring. People usually will quit when they get to the on the floor training

My job was to assign work to the representatives, I would place work on peoples plates as much as I think they could handle (usually 12 items to be done for the day) Management would call and say to keep adding more where some people would have more than double and usually couldn't finish having them explain to management why they couldn't complete the items and usually would need to stay later.

leaving

So much potential to be an amazing company to work for
Customer Service Representative (Current Employee) –  Chelmsford, MAMarch 20, 2018
The job that is done at Aspire is fun and interesting. You get to talk to New people all the time and help them plan their important life events. There is so much potential for a very satisfying work experience.
However, you are blamed for the poor work of others when you have no control over their piece of the work. There is no real "rule book" when it comes to performing your job and when you ask 5 different people the same question you will typically get 4 or 5 different answers.
Pros
Great benefits. At least once a month there is lunch provided. Fun, interesting content.
Cons
Upper Management, Low pay for the work that is done, Inability to really control your own bonus, Negative atmosphere.

Inbound Call Center Personal Assistant (Former Employee) –  Chelmsford, MAMarch 5, 2018
Aspire Lifestyles was a stressful work environment and all merit increases/bonuses were based mostly on customer surveys that weren't vetted to ensure they were about the representative who spoke with the customer.

One of the leading companies in travel services
Lifestyles Concierge (Former Employee) –  MoscowJanuary 29, 2018
I was a part of Moscow-based team. Typically on a daily basis, I would assist affluent customers with travel and lifestyles services. The most challenging project was to organize a trip around the world while delivering exceptional service on every level of customer's trip

Worst work Environment
LCSW (Former Employee) –  Work from homeJanuary 8, 2018
The guy below said it if you enjoy being belittled talked down to, unappreciated this is the place for you. Management is horrible. They don't pay you enough for the Amount of work you do. More like a corporate sweatshop. Working people hard and no appreciation for the work you do. No work life balance I wish I read some of these reviews before working for this company.. STAY AWAY RUN!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not worth putting yourself through unnecessary/unhealthy stress.

Aspire Lifestyles..virtual concierge (Former Employee) –  Brookings ORDecember 19, 2017
I understand the necessity of response time but feel we short the customer when we aren't paid for the search time required to secure the venues. Training is provided but inadequate in scope and equipment failure is common.
