MEDIA SUPERVISOR (Former Employee) – Southfield, MI – February 13, 2019
The agency has a lot of potential but is still trying to find itself and establish a culture worth being a part of. The type of media you'll work with, work/life balance, and client depend on which team you happen to fall into. There's really not a lot of opportunity to move to other teams without getting passive aggressive side-eyes. I'll be interested to see the strides Assembly makes over the next couple years.
Competitive pay, lots of paid holidays, and you'll learn a lot (good place to start out)
Some teams/clients have an old school mentality & it's holding back the agency, petty behavior from senior management, high turnover
Lacks (Former Employee) – Grand Rapids, MI – December 11, 2018
I learned that you cant give up to fast even if you don't catch on right away. The management was pretty fair, sometimes I did notice alil favoritism but other than that management was fair. the hardest part about this job is just trying to keep up and not mess up but as long as you create a steady past then you will be ok. but most importantly I enjoyed this job meeting knew people working with people and just leaning knew things. becoming hands on.
I found my self in a hard place in my life. The experience as a assembler has be a great challenge.
LSG Sky Chef (Former Employee) – Fort Lauderdale, FL – October 9, 2018
Working as a project assembler was a great experience on many levels we was able to use are hands and put small pieces together. The projects assignments given was put together and the third person does the finishing touches before aprovel. Great learning experience short term was a goal for me to give it a try.
Break time was great meeting people was also a experience.

A fun place to start with a job and friendly co-workers and very nice pay rate. Two meeting, one before start working and second after lunch. three breaks, two 15 minutes break and a 30 minutes lunch break. everything else is great but some supervisor is not good and friendly at all.
atlantic precision production (Former Employee) – Shelby Township, MI – January 30, 2016
- long very hardful day at work, learn how to keep up with others keeping steady past, not over doing yourself. management was okay, company seemed good. co-workers some where nice and kind, then some where rude, mean, hateful. the most was heading home after the shift was over.
