We have to ask ourselves for the raise, and when I was offered a higher rate all across the bord for HHA before I considered leaving the job because I didn’t see any growth for me, I tried out the new job,I was temporarily taken off the shift, ended up coming back to Associated Home Care full-time and was turned down for the rate I was previously offered. My new rate they were previously offering to give me was off the table. At that time I had already been with the company for 4 and half years and was still denied the raise offered. Totalling any raises I had to personally request previous to be denied my offer were only 2 in total.

Never. State charged them with violation labor laws and forced them to raise all caregivers hourly pay to $14.00.
