Micromanagement. They are saying one thing in your ear and you can’t even listen to the customer.

Played favoritism. Management got snarky. Loved dealing with clients. Took back-to-back phone calls for most of the day. The hardest part was getting singled out, and ridiculed during team conversations. I loved helping people. I did not like being micromanaged to the extent that they did.

Training is next to none and is recommended for the W2 side prior to changes made in 2023.

What is the best part of working at the company?W2 Training is the best part of the job and management is also good. The 1099 side of Assurance is not good. Agents aren't appreciated and are demanded to work despite being told they have the option to work on demand. I would not recommend anyone work 1099 position with Assurance, but do recommend W2. The company overall is a good company and knows it's way forward. However, upper growth potential is limited.

The pace of my day was more or less solid. In that I had one job to do daily, and that was to close Medicare insurance policies.
