AssuredPartners has publicly stated they intend to go public in the near future. They are aggressively working to increase revenue and decrease expense to capitalize on the IPO. Be aware their goal is not longevity and caring for communities, clients, or employees but rather creating a high valuation in the near-term to make money for the private equity group.

I never received a raise over three and a half years. I was paid a salary with arbitrary bonuses but not commission eligible for the first two years as my job was not to build a book of business. Following the acquisition by AP, I became commission eligible. My pay rose by about 15% over 3 1/2 years but there was no regularity or explanation for most of it.
