Communication is key
Best recruiter experience I have dealt with. They actually call back and maintain contact after employment placement. Most recruiters disappear quickly and are of little to no use.

Current rep didn’t respond to my messages in a timely manner. I was just a number to fill a position
I felt I dint matter. No job security, or professionalism. Coworkers showed no teamwork or integrity very cut-throat. Computer system slow/down which stunted your quotas.

Communication depends on your point of contact
The recruiting process was fair yet a bit tedious. I was and continue to be impressed by the responsiveness of my primary contact but have experienced rather lackluster interaction with additional contacts. This is the first time I have dealt with a recruiter who has genuinely held contact with me from the on-boarding process through present time, months after day one.

The benefits are good.
It's been 9 1/2 months since my project ended and the recruiter still hasn't posted me for another position even though I send them postings and leave messages about the postings they have posted. My education is in both accounting and finance, have an advanced degree, worked for a big 4 and have been a controller for 14+ years. Haven't posted me for one position yet. Do not come here.

Workplace
this is a great place to work, the environment is wonderful. The company works as a family and everyone is very close. the culture is great and the commission and salary are competitive.
