Questions asked about what you would do during situations related to the job. Questions mostly related to what you did during situations at your other job. I went through all the interviews to include onsite, then after 3 weeks, just decided not to hire me even though I am highly qualified. Not sure if it is bc I emailed them 3 weeks after the interview or not. Rejected me same day I emailed them. So I guess you don't email them, just wait or else they get mad??. Take time to listen then speak. Just because you're a manager doesn't mean you're correct all the time. Learn how to talk to people and not at them.
