Agree with reviews. Instead of more tech support training it's ALL about sales training. If we are going to lose our souls to this job, give more paid time off to recover. WE did NOT sign up for this!

There is definitely plenty of OT, since so many people call out daily or take VTO to avoid the stress. Shifts/schedules are determined by your rank based off your 8-10 different metrics.

It took me 2 weeks to get from original interview to having my drug screen and background check completed. I was notified almost two weeks exactly that everything cleared and I was good to start.

I applied for in home support tech. I didn't get an interview. But i got a phone call telling me that i got the job.
The hiring process was very fast and easy. It was way too easy and i had assumed that it was a scam. Luckily, i was wrong. Every thing they said was true and extremely fast.
