Hey All

Dont want to be a distraction but I have submitted my application 3 times in the last 2 years for a manager position and after about 2 weeks on each application I would get an interview from Asurion and told I was having a rush put on my immediate supervisor. After waiting three business days I would call back. Wait two days and call back then be told that the company is no longer hiring for that position but keep applying. The same day the same job is posted and I apply again and get another interview then hear nothing back. When I did contact them I was told the position has been determined not to hire at this time but keep trying. Guess what was posted the next week?

I am sure they are a good company as they seem to be making money but there is a breakdown in their recruiting process or what managers are telling recruiting what they need. Good luck to all of you.
