Great Place to Work
Manager of Workforce (Current Employee) - Nashville, TN - August 9, 2016
Indeed Featured review
The most useful review selected by IndeedAsurion is a great place to work and they are military friendly as well as diverse. I picked up alot of management skills as well as my ASPECT training. The hardest part about the job is adjusting to the ever changing world of technology and the way it impacts customers. They have great benefits and will work with you to try and give that job/ life balance that you need to be successful at both. Management is good, advancement in management becomes limited due to good leaders staying true to their position and wanting to improve upon their leadership/ management skills.

Great entry level, not much advancement
Workforce Coordinator (Current Employee) - Phoenix, AZ - March 3, 2015
The entry level pay for front line agents is quite good. The company is growing rapidly so there is plenty of opportunity to move up. There is a distinct pay difference between internal and external hires though that makes it demotivating to climb the corporate ladder.
Cons
Short lunches for most hourly positions

Get Ready to Work!
Workforce Manager, Real Time Operations (Current Employee) - Nashville, TN - October 17, 2013
Asurion offers great benefits and competitive pay. The phrase "Divine Discontent" is used often and for a reason - you will work hard to maintain all of that great pay and benefit. The major drawback is that the management seems to work in cliques and not be very open to new ideas. Best advice...if you can't blend in the background and work hard...don't go. But if you are looking for a challenge and have no private life...this is for you
Pros
great bene's
Cons
can't mention them here!
