Nurse (Current Employee) – Richmond, VA – August 13, 2018
Worked here for several years. At first it seems great, then you start to see things more clearly. They provide barely enough orientation/ training to get you out into the field, the managers talk about their employees behind their backs (I've heard it on many occasions first hand), the office staff act like high-school kids. Leadership is just as immature and perpetuates the office clique. The good pay and benefits aren't worth the emotional toll that this place takes on you long term.
Clinical Director (Current Employee) – Richmond, VA – July 18, 2018
This company truly approaches Hospice as a team effort. There is good work-life balance with professionals encouraging team growth along the way. Patients receive excellent care. Management is available and willing to hear new ideas and address concerns. These professions provide excellent, compassionate care. I am glad to be part of this team.

Case Manager (Former Employee) – Virginia – January 29, 2018
I was let go (2010) was not even told by my supervisor or manager, I was locked out of my device, and called a co-worker to see if she was having computer issues as well, she was not. She knew about me being fired before I knew. Very unprofessional agency.
