Treat EVERY employee fairly... I felt that management was an enemy not a resource for guidance and problem solving. Management should follow thru with promises made in a timely manner. Be professional. A regional supervisor was extremely discourtious to myself and fellow employees and my area supervisor was incompetent and not supportive of the staff. If you want your fellow workers to be approachable and malleable treat them with respect and lead by example... Don't come in and critique without asking questions... Listen and respond

No communication between management & cleaners. I was handed keys to 3 different buildings, no codes to shut off alarms, no training what so ever, no specific data concerning each building ( referring to rooms that should be unlocked & then relocked) You have to beg for supplys. So after working as an area supervisor I received a cleaners pay rate..... Horrible company to work for. I quit
