Administrative Assistant in New York, NY

The HR department is useless but for processing the salaries on time. They like to "interact" with an employee for as long as the employee appreciates the company. Share an issue with them, and they suddenly turn deaf. No one bothers to follow up, and the issues are pending for months. An HR team needs to be more competent that this!
