Working hours are not bad. They are basically standard for call center environment. If you are in a schedule you don't like, eventually you will be able to get it changed. Not a easy task but not impossible.

The process is not long. They say background check and drug test....nothing to worry about. The drug test is not even in a real lab....The test used is the type you find in w Walgreens.
