Provide decent benefits...health, dental and eyes. Then, maybe, the turn around would not be as bad. Also, pay for the holidays that are given off. In the year they only give 4 holidays off...New Year, July 4th, Thanksgiving and Christmas...that is it. If the company is close where employees are not given the option to work or not, then the company should pay those employees for those holidays.

Pay more attention in your agents, supervisors, everybody has needs to just the company itself, supervisors being EXTREMELY selective, most of the people are unprofessional yelling bad words on the operation floors but never get in trouble.
