Adjunct Faculty (Current Employee) – Athens, GA – October 16, 2017
Teaching in the EMT and Paramedic program has been great. However, the pay you receive is low unless you have RN behind your name. I have a masters degree in public health a bachelors in respiratory therapy and I have been a paramedic for over 18 years and a new grad RN with an EMT certification makes more than me. It is frustrating but I do not do it for the pay alone.

Great place to start if looking for experience, but the pay can be much better especially for the amount of work to be completed. Getting time off is never a problem, and you ahve to do soemthing extremely stupid to get fired.
