Corporate office is ridiculous with their expectations don’t expect good pay or even a raise no matter how hard you work. And forget about being honest if you are it’s frowned upon and you will get blackballed. Managers supervisors and leads are bullies they are to busy backstabbing and gossiping and they apparently don’t know the meaning of HIPPA on any level. especially the commercial and BCBS deptarments . Software is lousy and IT dept also stinks wondering if they even went to school. Can never seem to fix issues. Team huddled are a joke too. Don’t waste your time pursuing a career here you’ll never get ahead you have to brown nose to get anywhere too much favoritism to staff that screws stuff up in the CBO but there still there.

PTO and sick time, a 401 (k) with matching percentages after you’ve worked there for long enough (I think a year at least), a cash “bonus” every month. It’s difficult and discouraged to use your PTO and sick time as a technician, and the bonus system is a joke for techs.

Change management or reeducate them so they are on the same page. They need an outside company for HR due to favoritism and covering up all issues. Corporate needs to speak to the people working on the lower level so they understand the issues and how to fix them
