Shifts are 1st, 2nd, or 3rd and are staggered.
1st - 6:00am - 2:25pm or 7:00am-3:25pm
2nd - 2:00pm - 10:25 pm or 3:00pm - 11:25pm
3rd - 10:00pm - 6:25am or 11:00pm - 7:25am
Overtime mostly depends on your department and performance. Some departments get very little overtime, some work 10 hour shifts for a month without a day off.

Not bad but firm on 730-430, no flextime or work from home

Your time in and out of the office is tracked by managers to the minute via spreadsheets. you are not treated like an adult, and have to defend time out of office for doctor/dentist/ appointments. Very old school, there is no flex time or work from home.
