Good atmosphere, low pay

Cost of all errors of support staff and installation crews are added to job costing therefore reducing job profit and sales commissions. Once job is turned in to support staff sales person takes financial hit for all errors made by others.

Great people! Such a fun environment. Other employees are always willing to help. They always make sure to plan fun team building activities as well! They take care of their employees whether they are full time or part time.

The Executive Management only cares about money. People quit left and right. Benefits are not good at all. Family Medical package cost 1000 per month. First year you only have 4 DAYS of PTO and 6 DAYS on your second year. Yes that include sick days.
Do not bother to apply if you care about work-life balance.
The team is pretty solid though. Just not the upper management.

In my opinion, the company is growing at a very fast rate but the overall issue is that the management is not growing as fast. Most days it feels like everyone is running around without any real direction or sure of what their position truly is, with the company.

Everyone there are really nice and the owners really make an effort to get to know each employee. Pay is reasonable and they also offer a decent benefit package.
